Me quedé sin internet los 7 días que estuve y no pudieron solucionarlo

Estaba todo muy limpió, Mobiliario nuevo y apartamento muy acogedor.La piscina excelente ya qué es climatiza.Y el apartamento muy completo con todo los utensilios que te puedan hacer falta.

Lo único qué no me gustó es que la nevera es muy pequeña.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, the pool area was good and clean, the location was good for us.

Nothing about the property but the service from the agents we thought was poor, the lady arrived to meet us on arrival 3 hrs late she hurried us into the apartment and asked us to sign the agreement, take a video of the apartment when we were leaving and send it to her. The tv remote was broken, there was no extra bedding for us to change the bed, only 2 bath towels and couldn’t work the safety deposit box. We rang the agents a few times and left messages but they never replied. So we were there for 4 weeks with no tv, extra bedding or towels and no safety deposit box as well as the delayed check in ,we think the service was poor.
