I liked the location of this property-
close to the airport (15/20min)
beautiful private pool area,
well maintained communal surrounding,
nearby shops with necessities
free parking.
Property needs a bit of a lifting.
It’s decorated simply (a good thing), however it would benefit from repairing/replacing:
toilet- flush and water tank
door handles
New cleaning tools & supplies
New working umbrella for the balcony
Fridge working properly - cooling & freezing
A better ventilation system (especially for hotter months)

Ubicación, tranquilidad, instalaciones complejo, piscina, comunicación transporte, restaurantes y supermercados y playa cercanos.
Mejoraría el cuarto de baño en la cisterna. Tiende a hacer ruido.

Muy bien situado, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia, piscina climatizada con un bar al lado. Todo ambientado muy caribeño, el personal del hotel muy atento también. El apartamento bien equipado con una terraza grande. Tiene muy cerca un supermercado, un bazar, un restaurante chino y una taberna irlandesa que le da un toque a la estancia un poco diferente.

It was very cool place to stay. On the first day the beds were hard to sleep, but later we got used to them. There are two pools, both are heated. The small one for children was fantastic, because the children wanted to go swimming every day. The mosr important-the host was very friendly and helped us very much.
