This beautiful, spacious, and attractive vacation rental is located right next to two golf courses. Thanks to its first-floor location, it is secluded—neither visible from the pool nor the neighboring units—and offers a fantastic view of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean that is sure to delight you. You’ll find a large living room with designer furniture and a modern OLEG smart TV, a fully equipped separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), and a stunning 60-square-meter terrace overlooking the beautifully landscaped pool area with its sunbathing areas, as well as the ocean and the marina. And of course, there’s free Wi-Fi. Upon request, an underground parking space can be rented for €8 per day. Just a few minutes away is the café/restaurant “Zum 19. Loch,” offering incredible views of the golf course, the marina, the Atlantic Ocean, and our quiet apartment complex. Nearby you’ll find shopping, bars, and restaurants. Access to the Amarilla Golf course is just a 3-minute drive from the apartment. The Golf del Sur golf club is also just a few minutes away. The airport is only 5 km away. Many attractions in southern Tenerife are located right in our immediate vicinity: the marina is about 300 m away, Playa Amarilla is a 17-minute walk, and Playa Colmenares is 1 km away. Nearby is the island’s largest beach: Tejita Beach, which merges into Medano Beach, the island’s surfer’s paradise. Also nearby is the long stretch of beach at Puerto Los Cristianos, which flows into Las Américas. The old fishing village of Los Abrigos, with its popular seafood restaurants, is a must-visit for all seafood lovers and can also be reached by car in just a few minutes. Siampark and Aqualand are only 12 km away, and the exclusive Playa del Duque is just 14 km away. Thanks to the excellent highway connections, you can reach all of Tenerife’s major destinations relatively quickly. This includes towns in the north, such as Santa Cruz with its harbors and historic downtown. The university town of La Laguna, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, or Orotava, whose old town is a protected historic site. Likewise, Mount Teide—at 3,800 m, Spain’s highest mountain and a World Natural Heritage Site—can be reached in no more than 26 km from Golf del Sur after a breathtaking drive.
