Had a lovely stay, the property itself was light, airy and very comfortable, felt like a home away from home. We did not want for anything while staying here and have recommended to friends and family and will definately be returning. We visited the shop on a daily basis, which is stocked full of anything you could want and, the cafe/restaurant next door do lovely coffees and are very friendly. The complex was quiet and peaceful and we found the people there were very friendly and helpful. The concierge were very helpful when we wanted to order a cab and the complex is very close to good bus links.
The property could do with a bit of maintenance, as parts are a bit tired but overall lovely. We did nearly get hit by a couple of golf balls while sitting out on the terrace although there is a next to protect you for the most part from the golfers with bad aim. Only two pools on the complex were open when we stayed and the smaller heated pool was turned off by 4pm. We did try the poolside restaurant a couple times for lunch and dinner but were not overly impressed with the food. However, it was no trouble for us as we found some nice restaurants in san blas which is not too far and the shop on the complex had plenty to offer.

The villa is in a lovely quiet complex, with views from the garden over the golf course. The shower was nice and powerful and the beds comfortable. There is an onsite convenience store, a bar and two small restaurants onsite which are okay. A downhill walk to nearby San Blas provides a good choice of restaurants and bars however the 20 minute walk back is uphill. Staff are all lovely and helpful.
Villa was clean on arrival but soon realised ants are a problem here. You can’t leave a dish in the sink or a can of juice on the table for more than twenty minutes or the ants will find it and be swarming all over it. They roam around the property constantly but it seems to be an acceptable thing here. There were ant baits out but seemingly ineffective.
