The location was good, nice & quiet, basic amenities nearby. The pools were super - nice and quiet - never struggled to find a sunbed - only downfall was that one of the pools had no water (the deeper one) but it didn't stop us from enjoying the area. The property was great - nice and clean and had everything that we needed.

Host was very helpful and responsive. Location was a short walk from the coast with a lovely promenade that you can walk or run. Nice restaurants down there and also right beside the apartment. Kitchen and rooms all very nice and relatively new.
The main pool / centre pool is closed and appears to be for quite a while (gated off). One of the other pools has a bit of grime but otherwise fine. We dont mind steps but just for older people be conscious it is on the third floor. TV is small but not rrally relevant.

After an amazing relaxing week spent in this apartment, we can’t thank Rodolfo and his wife enough for their gracious hospitality. The apartment was fully equipped and very large allowing us all our own space. The location is well suited for anyone wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of Las Americas with pleasant walks and plenty of shops and restaurants close by should you need them.

I think the stairs should be mentioned. Also the pool did not look clean, no pool umbrellas.
