The outside balcony was an absolutely great space. We used this area a lot. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Has everything you need for your stay. The sofa bed in the living area is large and comfortable. The property could do with a referb but it’s got everything you need. The lady who manages the property is great and prompt at replying to messages. By far the best outside space on this complex and we’ve stayed on this complex a lot. The pool here is lovely and plenty of sunbeds.

Walls are very thin and the neighbour partied until 3-4am most nights so we have come home absolutely exhausted. No ceiling fan or standing fan in bedroom two and it was boiling in there. Couldn’t sleep with windows open due to noise on other balconies from people until the early hours. Security is not supposed to allow this but no sign of them which was disappointing.

Apartment was fantastic - 10/10. Pool and bar area clean and well maintained.

Main reception is derilect so no where for luggage storage if flying off island later in day/evening.

Excellent location around the Golf area (first time a bit difficult to find the house). Easy to find parking nearby. The (heated!) pool is nice and the relaxing area is great. The two terasses are an outstanding additions to the appartment (especially the big one, with a view)!

The airport is really close (no need to travel more than 15 min), but on the negative side, you need to see (and hear) landing airplains in every 10-05 minutes. Vey limited lighting in the appartment. The beds are in a really worn-out, used conditions. There is no cupboard or at least a shelf in one of the bedroom (the other has a huge built in wardrobe).

Alessandro was very swift at answering all our queries. Thank you! We loved the big terrace, the lift and the swimming pool. It was also great to have the washing machine and bbq. The lifeguard was very attentive and the security guard was extremely helpful when we arrived in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. Easy access to supermarkets and local restaurants along the coastal path. Some areas of the flat have been renovated, the kitchen/living room, the biggest bathroom and bedroom. However the small bedroom and bathroom are very dated. There is only one electric socket that nearly comes off the wall. The window handle in the small bedroom was broken. The mattress protector was not clean. The room was too hot and we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. There is only one mosquito net on one window but not on the other one.

Noisy and inconsiderate people staying at the resort. Lots of noise at night despite the plea for quiet after 10pm. There are no beaches nearby, you need to drive 15 minutes. The coastal path does have access to a rocky beach but not good with children. The lady Ms I. who got in touch with us before our stay was very curt. I appreciate she may have a lot of work but that's not the way you treat clients.
