Dom był dobrze wyposażony. Dużo sprzętu, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy, dużo komód i szafek. Możliwość parkowania na terenie posesji. Stół do pingponga, pralka, suszarka, suszarki do włosów. Znaleźliśmy nawet piankowe deski do pływania.
Klimatyzacja tylko w jednej sypialni. Dwie szafy wbudowane w ściany w środku mają pleśń i pachnie wilgocią- nie do użytku. Dużo sprzętów ale nie wszystko sprawne i potrzebne. Dwie sypialnie wychodzą na zabudowany taras, w którym przecieka dach i jest zwyczajnie brzydko. Jedna pralka niesprawna, wylewała się z niej woda. Piekarnik i lodówka były brudne. Salon zrobiony w dawnym garażu. Modyfikacje domu sprawiły , że nie do końca jest tam przyjemnie.

Wyposażenie, lokalizacja, pomocny gospodarz, standard pokoi. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie nawet w nocy. Duży plus za dwie pralki oraz suszarkę.
