The location was so good near the road and there were many bars and restaurants around so for someone that is not local it was easy to get stuff, yet it also was not noisy at night. I loved the living room area- there was a lovely bookshelf. The staff great.
However there was noone to help me with my luggage. Even when I was being taken to my room I carried my luggage myself and with difficulty but the concierge seemed not bothered with that at all. Also getting there was not easy. I asked the whatsapp helpline for assistance to get a pin/ directions but they were not responsive

Coffee and milk available on arrival. The unit was spacious. Near and tidy.
There is a plumbing problem. I could not use the bath as there is a leak under floor. We almost flooded the bathroom. This has happened before as the toilet door was hard to open and close due to swollen floor boards. The water pressure is very low, frustrating. Kitchen taps are loose. Definitely the plumbing was the worst of our stay.

Well situated and secure parking
Took 30 minutes before we could get into our room. Remote for secure parking dropped off at reception later that evening.
Shower needs shelves/racks for bath products.
Toilet door difficult to open & will break off soon
