Rooms floors dirty and noising shower gaps water runs out full mouldy amd stinks toilet 3 times need wait till water flush out mattress damp and feels like sleep on the floors we take 2 rooms both same situation not value of money breakfast extra payment same like car park on breakfast coffe masssine not works and bisquits thit expiring date since 1 january. Linen not change only by request same like rooms only be request. Staff be reception rude . Fresh linen on floors on same there people walks ,doors very noising banging ,extremelyl.

Won’t stay again

The bedding was a disgrace. The sheets didn’t fit the bed, you only had to sit on it and the sheet had lifted off the mattress and after tossing and turning during the night you were laid on the mattress topper. Not good at all. So I’m afraid there wasn’t anything good.

Receptionist was friendly and the location was convenient for my work commitments

Where to start?? I travel a lot for work and this one is in my bottom 3! The bed was tiny and I'm only 5ft 2. The quilt was like a toddlers quilt. The room was cold. There was a thermostat and I turned it up but no heat was coming from anywhere. I slept in a jumper. The rooms at the front are noisy (I was top floor with a velux window). I really struggled to sleep and I was shattered! The curtains in the bathroom were filthy. No milk with the coffee making facilities so as soon as I unpacked, I had to return to reception to get some. Finally, I wasn't aware there was a charge for parking until after booking. They shouldn't advertise this as a facility when you pay for it unless it says 'chargeable parking'.

Good value budget hotel and the staff were excellent. It was in a good location for us in Hull

Car parking was quite expensive and may be why there was never any problem parking throughout the day. There is a good Italian Restaurant at the hotel located in a bar environment. The restaurant prices were quite high and although their website stated that they close at 9pm we were warned that “the kitchen was closing …” while entering the restaurant at 7:45pm !!

Floors weren’t very clean, socks were quite dirty after walking around room VERY thin walls, unfortunately got woken up at 5am by someone in the next room on the phone, so can impact quality of sleep depending on who’s next door

Paid £40 and got a single bed with en suite and air con. Good value for money. Not a fantastic nights sleep but worth what I paid.

One night only

The room we were allocated was on the 4th floor with a sloping roof and with one person 6 feet tall not easy to move around. There was an airlock in water pipes which caused problems with the toilet and shower. Breakfast menu was limited. Too far out of central Hull.

The room was clean and well presented

The beds we’re uncomfortable as so was the pillows, we had to pay for parking but wasn’t aware of this till after I booked the room, the breakfast was basic and disappointing, and the tv kept turning on all night. Won’t be staying again

A Comfortable Stay

We had a minor issue with our room and the wonderful staff moved us to a different room straight away. Lovely clean room and bathroom, very comfy bed.

No hairdryer in the room.

Deffo worth a book

Millie on reception. The location is on a very busy junction and I am a light sleeper, so when I arrived in the gorgeous room we had been assigned, it would not have been right for me. So I went back down and asked if I could be put in a room at the back of the gorgeous building. She was absolutely amazing, I didn’t feel awkward asking, she even took me to the room to check it all ok. Absolutely outstanding customer service. The property is stunning, lovely reception area, rooms done well, you even get lovely smelling shower gel.

The only thing is location of front rooms but only because I am a incredibly light sleeper

Don't bother better hotels in tge area for same money

Staff was friendly and it was clean

The fact I had to pay 7 quid to park at a business where I am a customer. Had bookings.com had it at the side of parking in brackets chargeable I would have booked somewhere else. The bed was horrendously squeaky every move the bed creeked. The air con unit was clickicking all night but it was so warm had to have it on as the windows won't open at all. The showered was hot then cold then hot then cold.

Despite being near a busy junction it was well sound proofed. Room clean, beds comfortable. Easy to find and park. Opposite retail park and supermarket. Staff professional and helpful.

Cost of parking. The facilities were there but needed to ask, for example hairdryer. Only continental breakfast on offer. Not great quality nor value for money.
