Amazing Period House with Fantastic Views

A home away from home. The best the West Coast has to offer. Perfect venue to make family memories.

The property and house are incredibly well kept. We had a fantastic host who looked after us with great care. A daily 'reset' service was offered to make the house feel good as new each day (making of beds, wiping down bathrooms and kitchen - floors and unpacking the dishwasher, cleaning out the fireplaces). The enclosed braai room has incredible views and the house offers everything you could possibly need.

We loved it all.

Great setting for a family gathering - real food for the soul.

Stunning house with great view and garden down to the beach. Easy walk along the beach in either direction to various bars and restaurants. Could easily have walked a kayak or canoe to the water from the house. The man (Yolam) who manages on site and cleans each day was a rare gem - so helpful and enthusiastic.

Getting the shower temperature right took special skills :( and maybe wasted more water than Gretta would have approved of...

Very homely, fantastic on site attention by Yolam, incredible scenery, kids loved beach and home provides all comforts and activities for young and old alike.

Very noisy public parking area adjacent to property with limited support from Security agencies.

Fantastic house perfect for two families

Love that there are two wings each with a bathroom and each with a view. Love the closed in garden for little kids and back deck area and foose ball table!

Only one real issue which is the shower... either have boiling water or cold... very hard to get it right and if you do doesn’t last. Then a very small thing which is just to have a sponge for washing up

Lovely property, we will be back.

The housekeeper was waiting to greet us, the accommodation was immaculate and well appointed it was also right next to the beach. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay in Greystones house.
