Our stay at Casa Mar was such a great experience. The staff really took care of us and couldn't have asked for a better time there. We really appreciated that its located in a beautiful quite cove away from Paraty, but close enough (10-15 min) drive to the town for dinner and exploring.
We would highly recommend it.

The hotel was a dream! The incredible view, the cleanness, the super nice staff, the delicious breakfast, the delicate decoration.
BUT, the rooms have no glass windows, just shutters. Our room (one of the most expensive ones, with partial sea view) which was just above the kitchen and was super noisy. We were waked up every morning by the sound of dishes and cutlery. We found ear plugs on our room, but for the category of this hotel and the price you pay, frankly this is not what you would expect.

The hotel room was very clean, helpful staff which had great suggestions and made our honeymoon extra special in all ways possible. The view of this boutique hotel is a spectacle to enjoy during breakfast and throughout the day. Close to Paraty for a city trip and even closer to an iconic beach where you can cano to! 5/5 experience!
