Avoid if possible

The view was nice.

Where to start.. The people working here were rude and unfriendly. We rented 7 rooms for our stay and in all rooms the same issues occurred...mold in the showers, doors to the balcony that couldn't close properly (making among other insects cockroaches come into the room). Breakfast was very basic and included also ants in the honey. The road is extremely busy and dangerous to cross so I would never stay here with children again. We had one elderly lady in our company and for her the steep climbs around the hotel were impossible. Paying aprox 170 euros a night I definitely expected more of this stay.

Awesome view, nice swimming pool, very friendly staff but bathroom and room are too small.

The view of the sea is amazing. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The bathroom is small and the shower box also small. The room is not big and there isn’t any place to hang the wet swimwear and swim towels. With large suitcases on the floor it was hard to walk in the room.

Great breakfast, bad location

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious! One of the best I had in my 12 day vacation to Brazil. The view from this property is breathtaking.

The location of this property is not good. Unless you have your own car, I would not recommend staying here. Most tours in Paraty will not pick up from this hotel and there is no Uber available here.

We'll be back

Paraty and the region is so beautiful. This pousada was paradisiac. The sunrise view and the view in general is breathtaking. The reception and all the staff were pretty amazing and flexible. Breakfast was really amazing. Special thanks to those girls. They were professional but also so kind and sweet. Corona measures were ensured (masks used by everyone, social distancing was possible and cleanliness). You need a car though. Thanks for a lovely stay and we'll most likely be back.

A pousada tem uma vista incrível, ficamos em um quarto triplo, tudo ótimo. A Cris, gerente da pousada é muito prestativa e uma simpatia, nos deu dicas de lugares e reservou passeios... enfim adoramos e recomendamos

Localização excelente. Local calmo. Quartos limpos. café da manhã muito bom. Adoramos a pousada.

Na primeira vez que fomos tomar banho o acabamento do registro caiu e não conseguimos acionar o chuveiro. Avisamos a funcionária que trouxe uma chanve de fenda e eu consertei, mas poderiamos ter que chamar alguém da gerencia, porém foi resolvido.

Pousada con la mejor vista del mundo

El lugar tiene una vista increíble, vale 100% en parte por eso, tiene una piscina muy rica.

La pieza no tenía nada en especial, cumplía pero al final como uno pasa poco en la habitación no incluyó en nada.

Cheiro do quarto. Falta luminosidade e arejar um pouco pra sair o cheiro de mofo Limpeza ruim. Colchão precisava ter sido trocado anos antes. Almofadas que dao nojo. Modem do wifi pendurado no ar condicionado. Funcionários sao raridade por ali. Falta informação. Chuveiro elétrico deve ser 220v ligado no 110v, pois nao esquenta a água. Ou toma banho gelado ou toma banho morno em um fio de água. Pelo preço cobrado, 550 a diária, to pegando leve ainda aqui no feedback

Sucio pero con vistas bonitas

La pousada tenía muy buenas vistas.

Sin duda no repetiríamos, habitación sucia, muy mal olor, mantas sin limpiar. El baño, en mal estado, lámpara rota, la ducha estaba con cables de electricidad a la vista, y no había ni un rollo de papel higiénico en el baño, por no hablar del mal estado de inhodoro.

Da localização, pela recepção de entrada e saída e sugestões de passeios e restaurantes na região. A Bianca nos auxiliou muito durante a estadia, sempre simpática e com carisma nos ajudou com a procura de um ótimo restaurante na proximidade.

La salle de bain n était pas vraiment propre il y avait des poils et des traces de savon La personnel ne connaissait rien et n a pu me donner aucune information donc l hotel est magnifique mais le service zero !!!

O quarto é espaçoso e a vista realmente muito bonita.

A entrada pro hotel é por um morrinho. Não é tão perto das praias banhaveis nem do centro histórico, mas de carro vai de boa. Haviam baratas no box e formigas na cama, foi frustrante dado o valor cobrado. O café da manhã sem variedade e não tinha buffet completo. Apenas serviço de cozinha.

Linda zona

Playas con poca gente cruzando la ruta y haciendo una trilha. Tuvimos que salir temprano y pensamos que quizá nos dejarían un pequeño desayuno pronto, pero no sucedió.

Cama incómoda y sin mesas de luz. Primera vez que me pasa que debo agendar el desayuno (que ya de por sí, no es temprano) por Whatsapp: quisimos desayunar a las 8 pero no había lugar hasta 8.30, cuando además es una posada pequeña o mediana. Para quienes tengan interés en la piscina, no es climatizada.

Pas top pour le prix sauf pour la vue .

Cette poussa se trouve à 15 minutes du centre de Paraty en voiture, il y a qu’élues belles plages à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est à la carte et servit à table et globalement bon. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffisante pour y patauger. Il y a un joli jardin . La vue de la chambre est sans conteste le seul vrai atout de l’hôtel. Le personnel est serviable. Facilité de parking.

Malheureusement la salle de bain était assez petite et pas du tout fonctionnelle. Rien à dire sur la propreté mais il y a tout de même des odeurs désagréables. La chambre est petite avec peu d’endroit pour pouvoir accrocher des vêtements . Les terrasses des chambres sont petites pas moyen de s’y installer. Pas une seule chaise dans la chambre. L’hôtel se trouve juste au dessus de la route principale et les chambre sont mal insonorisées. L’air conditionné fait pas mal de bruit également. Le personnel malgré le bon vouloir ne parlent pas anglais. La table de Ping Pong et la raquettes dont dans une salle état , idem pour le billard. Il y a une télé dans la chambre mais impossible de la faire fonctionner. Cela ne vaut pas le prix.
