Locatia amplasata foarte bine,
Aproape de tot ce ne-a interesat.
Un apartament primitor, dragut amenajat.
Proprietarul foarte deshis si intelegator.
Era destul de mult praf in apartament, nu era chiar curat, in special la baie. Nu ne-a deranjat in mod special.
Un mic dezavantaj ca nu este lift si sunt cam 5 etaje de urcat, cu un bagaj mai mare e cam greu.

Es un apartamento amplio, diáfano, cómodo. Tiene unas vistas agradables, orientación noreste. La cocina está bien equipada. El anfitrión se pone en contacto mediante mensajes para dar las instrucciones del check in. El barrio es tranquilo, hay un supermercado grande muy cerca. Se puede ir en autobús público gratuito al centro de Belgrado en 15 minutos.
Es un quinto piso sin ascensor, esto podría ser un inconveniente si vas con un bebé en carrito o con mucho equipaje.
Hace mucho calor en verano pero los aires acondicionados ayudan a estar algo más confortable.
No dispone de sábanas para cubrir el sofá cama.
No dispone de persianas ni cortinas en el salón, por lo que si duermes en el sofá cama a las 05:00 hay mucha luz en el salón.
El olor de los desagües del baño es muy desagradable.

On the plus side, the apartment is nice and comfortable enough. It was convenient for us to spend the night here after the concert at the Štark arena.
Now about the cons, the displayed price is incomplete, it also includes cleaning fee. The full price can be found in the price information in the booking. The last floor, roller shutters are not on all windows, so in the first half of the day it is very hot in the apartment. Also note that there is no lift.
