Excellent apartment and nice location

Very nice apartment, clean, cozy, on very good location. It is near public transport, restaurants, market. The host is very nice and easy to communicate. I highly recommend it.

Cosy, pleasant stay.

Appartment is located in Novi Beograd. You have enough basic services in this location (bars, fast foods, restarurants, bakeries, etc). If you want to visit old town of Belgrade, you can hop on a bus. There are many of those and they are frequent - and a bonus - at the time of writing this review, bus service is free of charge! In the near there is Ulica gladnih - "street of hungry people" - which is popular amongst young people when they finish night partying and they end up hungry. Street is full of delicious fast food services and also a bakery! Appartment itself is ok, neither excellent, neither bad - basic equipment, basic furniture. I visited it during december and it was warm enough. There is enough parking spots right in front the building and it is free of charge.

When you want to take a hot shower, you need to open water in bathroom sink first, open the shower water and close the sink water. Nothing cruical or disturbing, just to mention that I haven't seen that kind of mechanism anywhere else :)

- Friendly and welcoming owner - Clean, tidy, very quiet flat - Everything is there for cooking and life - Green area with plenty of shops and market - Good mattress and pillows - Public transport is very closeby, just 5/7 minutes Note: The renovation is a bit dated, but the price is quite reasonable. Would stay again!

Clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area

This is a lovely and perfectly clean apartment. It is located in a very quiet area. The Danube with all its restaurants is only a few minutes away by foot. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Belgrade!

Gemütliche Wohnung in netter Gegend

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, es gab alles was man braucht. Die Dame, die mir den Schlüssel gab, sagte mir, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Essensmeile gibt. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus. Bushaltestelle ist auch in der Nähe.

Super locatie, kindvriendelijke buurt

Fijne buurt, dichtbij de bushalte en bij winkels. De gratis bussen brachten ons zo in het centrum. De wijk is erg kindvriendelijk, met speeltuintjes voor de deur. Je loopt zo naar de supermarkt om de hoek, waar ook markthallen zijn. Ook de rivier is op loopafstand, waar je fijn langs kan wandelen en hardlopen. Het appartement is schoon en compleet.

Het is een klein appartement wanneer je met zijn vieren bent, al had het alles wat we nodig hadden.

Район с хорошей транспортной доступностью (автобусом до центра минут 20), отличной инфраструктурой (магазины, кафе). Рядом набережная. Квартира чистая, хорошо оборудованная. Есть даже микроволновка, что редкость на Балканах.

Плита долго нагревается. В душе надо долго спускать воду что б пошла горячая.
