The apartment is clean, the location is good (near to the shopping center and public transport). The host suggests a private garage for 10eur/day but you can also park in the public parking (it will 1500rsd/day if you pay immediately).
Although the location is good, it is still far from the city center by walk. It is not a problem if you want to use public transport or taxi, otherwise you should be open to spending ~1hr for walking.
The kitchen is very small and some unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The bed isn't very comfortable either.
If you check in after 6 PM, finding a parking space can be a real challenge. In this case, it makes sense to arrange a garage with the Host in advance (they offer this option). Otherwise, while you're checking in, Belgrade's parking service will automatically issue you an electronic ticket for one day (essentially a fine, so you'll need to pay it: make sure you have the Parking Service app installed). This essentially eliminates the need for a garage.

Modern design of a great early 80’ ex-Yu architecture. New and clean. Beautiful entrance. Garage available upon request.
Shared staircase and corridors are bit dated. Not much can be done by apartment owner unfortunately.

Hosts are extremely kind and attentive, communication was smooth, and they are ready to help at any moment. Everything is very well organized. 😊
There are no lamps, only chandeliers.
