Due to the geographical position it occupies, it is the ideal base for tourist and cultural excursions of Umbrian, Tuscan and Lazio localities that are only a few kilometers away, such as: Orvieto, Monte Amiata, Pitigliano, Sorano, Terme di Saturnia, Civita di Bagnoregio, in addition to the beautiful Lake Bolsena from whose beach is 1 km.
The house, whose size is about 100 square meters, is on one floor; is completely renovated, has a double bedroom, large living room with fireplace, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room, all with exposed wood beams.
The beds are 4 + 1 if necessary, TV and wi-fi.
The house has a large terrace-solarium overlooking Lake Bolsena.
Il Casolare is a property with 11 hectares of land + a wooded part; offers the possibility of long walks or mountain biking.
