About this farm stay rental

On the border ofTuscany Umbria e Latium, Ideally located and very quiet, very carefully furnished apartment, with balcony overlooking the vineyards and the lake with stone barbecue and garden table with umbrella. The 18-meter pool is with panoramic view of Lake Bolsena. 30 minutes from the Thermal centers and Spa and 5 minutes from the lake, 30 minutes from Golf Club Viterbo. Possibility to purchase wine and olive oil produced on the farm using natural methods. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets bars and local attractions are to 2 km from the apartment driving on the acient via Francigena. The owners are living near and they are at disposal for any suggestion and support. The ideal holiday for the European family and for couples who love tranquility

Very nice and quiet place, perfect for a family. The owners are the best of hosts. They are very friendly and helpful. We had all what we needed, and even more! The pool is very nice, especially for kids. Close to the lake, grocery stores, restaurants (10 minutes by car). We had a wondeful stay. Strongly recommand.

Quite and beautiful setting

From start to finish, the hosts, apartment and facilities were lovely. A charming apartment with lovely views over the lake from your own large balcony. The hosts throughout the stay, made you very welcome and offered their local knowledge for places to see and do. The only drawdown is the drive up to the venue which is very remote, but worth it when you get there.

Lovely stay

A lovely apartment and huge pool situated just outside of Bolsena. We were a family of 4 and there was so much to do around the lake. Boat trips, boat hire, kayaking, trips to the mountain villages, good food around the lake. Amelio and Anita were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Amazing views over the lake

Property was clean and well furnished. Fans were provided luckily as there is no air conditioning. We went during a heat wave an even with the fans it was still uncomfortable at night to sleep. views from out terrace were amazing, lovely BBQ provided. Pool is fantastic with lots of sunbeds, umbrellas and inflatables for the pool. A great place to stay, 10 mins from the lake and town. The lake is wonderful to swim in and for boat trips. the town is beautiful and comes alive at night. Our hosts were very nice and made us feel very welcome, providing us with information about local places to visit. A beautiful area and a great holiday.

Panorama magnifique sur le lac de Bolsena. La propriété se trouve au milieu des champs d'oliviers sans aucun vis-à-vis et possède une très grande et agréable piscine. Parfait pour les enfants. Location bien située, beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours. Rome est à 2h de route en voiture.

We spent a lovely holiday in this place ! Another big thank you to Amelio and her pleasant mother for all their help and availability. They were incredibly kind. The apartment was very nice and very quiet. We highly recommend this place for its calm, beauty and layout. We will surely come back!

L appartement était très bien équipé, très spacieux et situé au milieu des champs d oliviers. Nos enfants passaient leur temp dehors. Localisation idéale pour se balader et faire une escapade a Rome. Nos hotes ont toujours été aux petits soins. Merci !!!

Die Zufahrtswege zum Hause sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr viele Schlaglöcher, enge, mit Hecken eingefasste Wege. Sehr holpprig und uneben. Bei unserer Anreise mit beladenem Auto haben wir uns wirklich Sorgen um unserer Auto gemacht. Ein Geländewagen wäre von Vorteil gewesen. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes wurden einige Wege aufgefüllt und somit auch befahrbarer. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von unterschiedlichen Bäumen aber mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Bolsenasee und die umliegende Landschaft. Der Pool ist super, leider mit vielen Wespen die allerdings sehr friedlich sind. Leider waren in diesem Jahr sehr viele Stechmücken unterwegs, so das wir auf jeden Fall ein Antimückenspray empfehlen. Die Wohnung war ausrreichend groß aber mit etwas wenig Geschirr ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir aber was wir brauchten. Amelio und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie behmühen sich ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Bolsene selbst hat ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Algo apartado del nucleo urbano pero una vez haces el viaje un par de veces, te acostumbras. Amelio y familia encantadores. Nos fueron a buscar porque no encontrábamos el lugar y nos acompañó hasta el super a comprar porque era sàbado. Nos esperó pacientemente. Hemos estado muy relajados y tranquilos.

"Tutto splendido! La casa è in una collocazione tranquilla e magnifica, dotata di tutte le attrezzature per un soggiorno senza problemi. Vista panoramica sul lago di Bolsena, balcone per cene serali in totale tranquillità. Di particolare bellezza é la piscina soleggiata, pulitissima, un panorama magnifico e dotata di tutto quanto serve: lettini, sdraie, ombrelloni e anche materassini. Un luogo ideale per le famiglie e gli amanti della pace e degli animali. Bolsena poi è un luogo attrezzato con ogni comodità logistica e al centro di una zona "la tuscia" ricca di luoghi di notevolissimo interesse artistico e paesaggistico (Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tuscania, Bagnaia, Montefiascone, Viterbo ecc.). Per ultimo non possiamo dimenticare la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, il signor Amelio ci ha fatto sentire a ns. totale agio. Un''opportunità che consiglio quindi di non perdere."
