On the border ofTuscany Umbria e Latium, Ideally located and very quiet, very carefully furnished apartment, with balcony overlooking the vineyards and the lake with stone barbecue and garden table with umbrella. The 18-meter pool is with panoramic view of Lake Bolsena. 30 minutes from the Thermal centers and Spa and 5 minutes from the lake, 30 minutes from Golf Club Viterbo. Possibility to purchase wine and olive oil produced on the farm using natural methods. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets bars and local attractions are to 2 km from the apartment driving on the acient via Francigena. The owners are living near and they are at disposal for any suggestion and support. The ideal holiday for the European family and for couples who love tranquility

Very nice and quiet place, perfect for a family. The owners are the best of hosts. They are very friendly and helpful.
We had all what we needed, and even more! The pool is very nice, especially for kids. Close to the lake, grocery stores, restaurants (10 minutes by car). We had a wondeful stay. Strongly recommand.

From start to finish, the hosts, apartment and facilities were lovely. A charming apartment with lovely views over the lake from your own large balcony. The hosts throughout the stay, made you very welcome and offered their local knowledge for places to see and do.
The only drawdown is the drive up to the venue which is very remote, but worth it when you get there.

Panorama magnifique sur le lac de Bolsena. La propriété se trouve au milieu des champs d'oliviers sans aucun vis-à-vis et possède une très grande et agréable piscine. Parfait pour les enfants. Location bien située, beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours. Rome est à 2h de route en voiture.
