It was a spacious and clean room. Good location. The host was friendly and thoughtful.

The kitchen could be a little bit more clean.

More than expected for such a price. The host very kind, speaking English and Russian. Quiet area. All the needed accessories in the kitchen. Everything clean.

Cheap, but far from the centre and not clean

This is a 'hostel' like accommodation with people mostly staying for a night or two. Check-in was easy and the owner was polite. Quiet, free parking and very good wifi.

The place would benefit from a throughout cleaning and maintenance. Mold in the shower and on the bathroom doors! Sticky floor and table tops in the common kitchen, dirty cupboards, microwave and windows, and even smell of piss in the corridor (although this was only the case on one day).

The staff was very available and responding fast to my enquiries. He speak normal English.

Bed sheets and duvet " for ladies ": pink and with flowers. I do recommend another neutral colors and fantasies. The garden and the basketball pitch should be repaired.

The room was nice and warm. showers and toiled are clean too. Location was almost perfect for us. The price was great too.

The only part that was not very nice was the kitchen. it's not awful, but many dishes are dirty and the kitchen has a weird smell to it.
