The property had everything I needed and the Staff were very friendly. There is a footpath opposite which was lovely for walking the dog first/ last thing at night. The village shop is nearby along with a pub. Good base for exploring the Northern Lakes
There was only a courtyard where you parked the cars if you wanted to sit outside but I spent most of the time exploring.

Superb location for accessing the Northern, North Western and Western Fells. Close to Village Shop, pub and bus stop. Supermarkets 2 miles away in Keswick, easily accessible by car or bus.
I can't fault this property. I have now stayed in various apartments at this property on five occasions, which speaks for itself I think. Parking for apartments 7,8 & 9 is unavoidably tight but manageable in a medium sized car. I have a Ford Focus, which required care to park but presented no real difficulty.

Location was excellent. Central for visiting other places. Good pubs nearby. The property was clean and tidy and spacious.Had all the major facilities.
Property was a little tired and could have done with some TLC. E.g. Shelf in the fridge door was broken, screws in the kitchen window were loose. Missing a few home comforts: Ironing board, iron and hair dryer. Parking was very difficult, especially when flats 7,8 and 9 all had cars.
