I really liked the Full Speed cooling fan , the fridge , the expresso machine , the kettle with tea bags . Multiple towels , fresh bed and new matress
My room was fresh and renovated . Breakfast was real with real fresh baguette and fresh croissant from the bakery . It was a high quality breakfast worth taking it . Accessibility 24h and staff and owner very receptive using your name
The baseboards at floor level need a coat of white paint, but it’s a minor feedback

Very central location, surrounded with diverse range of eateries, next to beautiful Gare de l'Est and the metro, and near Gare de Nord.
The owners are very helpful and everywhere very clean.
While modest, the furnishings are comfortable, the accommodation outstanding value for money and top location.

Wonderful staff, comfy bed and fresh breakfast (from the bakery over the road I think). We had the added delight of a room with a little balcony on the 5th floor.
Not a dislike because for us it was ok, but a bit dated and basic bathroom facilities.
