Hotel Berghaus

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room had a perfect view and it was very spacious and light. The room and bathroom have so many extras to make it even more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The day we left they made a packed lunch as we had a long train ride which was much appreciated.

Too much good to see if there was anything lacking.

One of the most unobstructed beautiful panorama view of the mountain range right in front of the hotel. The hotel is only 10” easy walk from the train station. The host and staffs were full of hospitality and gave us warmth welcome. We booked Superior Twin Room but got upgraded to Family Room that huge with lovely settings and large bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and we were so happy with everything here. The room had no air-con but it was cool at night and we slept well during the heat wave that hit Europe. The plus of this hotel it has elevator😁.

Everything was well thought out, beautiful setting, comfortable room. The host was very helpful and kind. She made us feel so welcome and helped us out with many logistical challenges. It’s a family run hotel set in the mountains. I would recommend that all of my friends and family stay here when coming to Switzerland.

No microwave, maybe this is a cultural thing?

View from the property were amazing. cozy room. basic amenities. Host was amazing and did help us where she could - sincere thanks for that.

Hotel is uphill, so call the hotel to pick you from the train station if you have luggage. check-in was smooth. Rooms were nice however bathroom was congested and barely any space. the shower head was not fixed and it was a struggle to take shower in the bathtub. Bathroom lights were not enough, very dim. There was no hot water kettle in room, there was 1 kettle given per floor which was kept out in common area.
