Wonderful winter break in Murren
Quiet hotel, well situated in Murren. Wonderful breakfast and a good selection of food for lunch and dinner. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day.

We loved Murren as a destination, but would have preferred a newer and better priced hotel.
Restaurant staff and housekeeping were attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable.
Property is older and "tired". We did not have a view. We found out later that there were newer properties, with views that cost less than what we paid. We were disappointed about that.

Pleasant enough hotel for several nights, nice breakfast.
The room was small but functional. This is to be expected in this location. There is a large library on the ground floor that is perfectly comfortable to laze in. Reasonable Internet (both Wifi and 5g). Elevator functions well. Reasonably easy to get to all parts of Mürren.
The restaurant was fine for breakfast, but the menu for dinner wasn't quite to my taste. The mixed salad was a bit excessive in size. The wine menu could stand a slight upgrade. The hotel is uphill- if one has difficulty walking, one should call the hotel before booking.

The hotel made our stay memorable and wonderful.
Close to the station. The staff was always cheerful and greeted us every morning. Our room was roomy and comfortable. We had a variety of things to choose from. The bread was always fresh and very tasty.
The price but I guess that is not their fault. Everything is expensive in Switzerland.

Great location. Fantastic views on third floor with a balcony. Great onsite restaurant. One of our favorite accommodations in Switzerland. Beautiful and comfortable room.
