The room was so nice and the balcony was so lovely to have. Everything was very clean. The location was perfect and there was amazing views looking at the mountains. The breakfast was also very good. Staff was nice and friendly! Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Dinner at their view restaurant was always excellent so we ate there all 3 nights. They have a great cook and very welcoming servers, staff and owner (Roger). Mountain Views are fantastic. Breakfast (included) was delicious too.

wifi on top floor was poor. not possible to zoom for work had to use voice only

It’s close to the station, and if the weather is good, you can see the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau right in front of you.
Breakfast was good too.
There is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up to the 4th floor was quite a struggle.
