Our balcony and views were amazing. Staff are the owners and they’re very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Location is great.
Noise - we were on the first floor and heard constant loud feet from above. Since there is no AC we had to leave the windows open at night which could let in smoke (smoking is unfortunately allowed on the balconies) and neighbors talking. Also the hotel is right on the train tracks so at 550am you’ll be awoken by the train brakes squealing. Pillows - pillows were the flattest, feather pillows we’ve ever had.

Everything was wonderful! Short easy walk from the train station. Rooms are clean and modern, very comfortable. The view of the mountains was unbearable. Breakfast was delicious, so was dinner. Jeannette was super helpful, quick communication with booking inquiries, and offered wonderful suggestions when we got here about our daily plans. Mürren is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location cannot be beat! Make sure to eat at their onsite restaurant, it is wonderful! Rooms are clean and bathrooms are nice. Great breakfast included!
