Beautiful villa 125 m2, completely renovated in 2012 with garden and 2 very beautiful terraces, quiet, close to the sea and all amenities (beach club, tennis, mini-golf, shops, train station, ...) . Very functional house for a very pleasant family stay.

Bel emplacement pour la plage et les grandes balades bord de mer sans danger avec enfants en bas âge . Maison agréable bien équipée (petit détail : manque des crochets dans la cuisine et patères en général) Quartier calme.

La maison est très agréable . À l’arrivée forte odeur liée à la non utilisation des canalisations depuis un moment ( salle de bain rdc ).. il faudrait aérér un peu plus avant et faire tourner la machine à laver . Propreté moyenne ( protège matelas non laves , presence de cheveux et poussière sous les lits ). Deux ampoules cassées. Le coin repas aurait bien besoin d’un vrai luminaire. En cette saison on y voyait rien le soir dans nos assiettes. Il faudrait faire réparer les poignées de portes ( chancelantes voire une cassée à l’étage ). Le tapis peau de chèvre de la chambre rdc est insupportable : poils en tous sens .. on a du la cacher à l’étage ...bonjour les allergènes. Surtout que l’aspirateur est HS. Il faudrait un meuble de rangement digne de ce nom dans la chambre du rdc , le cintre ne tient même pas en largeur et pas d’étagère. Sinon tout était ok . Chauffage impeccable, emplacement sympa.

Un agréable séjour à La Baule dans la maison de Catherine, très bien située à 100 m de la plage, peut-être un peu loin des commerces (à pied). Seul point négatif, le ménage qui n'a pas été fait avant notre arrivée, la raison de notre note 4/5.

Das Haus war bestens geeignet für unsere 5-Köpfige Reisegruppe. Gemütliche Terrassen mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, schnellem Wlan und guter Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage in direkter Strandnähe ist unschlagbar, trotzdem ist kein Lärm zu hören, weder vom Strand noch von der Strasse. Ein Auto zum Einkaufen ist nicht zwingend notwendig, aber durchaus hilfreich. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Nur die Erläuterung des Müllkonzeptes scheiterte an unseren ungenügenden Französischkenntnissen. Auch der ausgehängte Plan brachte uns nicht weiter. So folgten wir den auf den Beuteln angegebenen Bildern und hoffen, nichts verkehrt gemacht zu haben. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Danke für diesen schönen Kurzurlaub.

Emplacement au top (100 mètres de la plage), quartier très tranquille, maison bien agencée et bien équipée avec une terrasse et un petit jardin très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés, nous avons garé la voiture et le reste du séjour s'est fait à vélo ! Tout était parfait nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!!

Nous avons loué la maison pour la semaine de Noël et y avons passé un très agréable séjour pour sa fonctionnalité, son confort, sa décoration et son emplacement ! A 2 pas de la mer, dans un quartier très calme, nous recommandons cette maison.

SUPERBE maison de vacances

Une superbe maison à la décoration soignée et où rien ne manque, située dans un quartier très calme. On se sent comme chez soi... À 150 m de là, une belle plage qui s'étend sur plusieurs kms... on oublie la voiture. De belles promenades en empruntant l'esplanade où les embruns marins nous chatouillent les narines. Ce fut une superbe semaine ensoleillée qui donne l'envie d'y retourner !
