We’re offering our lovely family home, which has 5 bedrooms and 6 beds and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Completely renovated in 2023, our home is ideal for enjoying La Baule, the beach, and the surrounding area.

Ideally located, you can do everything on foot:
- 5 min from all shops / boutiques / bars (Le Bidule!) / restaurants
- 10 min from the beach 🏖️
- 7 min from the Pornichet train station

The Accommodation
On the first floor, you’ll find:
- Two bedrooms with 160-cm double beds
- A bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink with vanity, and a towel warmer.

On the first floor:
- A master suite with a double bed (160 cm) and a private bathroom with a large shower, a towel warmer, and a sink

- A separate toilet

Also on the first floor, you’ll find the common living areas, namely:
- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, electric kettle)

- A large living/dining room opening onto a suspended wooden terrace; ideal for lunch, dinner, and drinks while enjoying the sunshine ☀️

On the top floor:
- A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- One bedroom with two 80 cm single beds
- A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and towel warmer.

For children 👶🧒, the house is equipped with a high chair and a changing table upon request.

A 30m² garage is also available for storing bicycles 🚲 or other beach gear 🏄
Also available to you:
- A washing machine 🧺
- A Weber grill 🍗

Cars can be parked in front of the house with no trouble—even during peak season.

Rental of sheets and linens is included in the rental price for stays of 5 nights or more.

For stays of 5 nights or fewer, linens can be rented for €12 per room.
