About this house rental
Charming house in a residential area, close to the sea, the center of La Baule and shops.
Near La Baule / Guérande.
Wifi in the house.
Bikes are available free of charge to reach the center of La Baule in 5 minutes (cycle paths just behind the house).
It offers on the ground floor:
Entrance with cupboard / wardrobe.
Living room (flat screen TV, large dining table + 8 chairs) with an open fitted kitchen (induction hob, extractor, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle).
Independent toilet.
Access to the garden.
On the 1st floor:
Bearing.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes (including 3 with large mirrors)

- 3 140-bed rooms
Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining / living room.
Bathroom with bath and basin. Toilet.
West expo garden of around 260 m2.
Terrace with a large garden table that can accommodate 10 people.

Garage (used as a bicycle storage room) attached and communicating with the house with washing machine.

5 BICYCLES AVAILABLE IN THE VILLA (2 Men's ATVs, 1 Women's ATV, 1 Mixed ATV and 1 Mixed ATV). There is a cycle path just behind the house.
The beach in the center of La Baule is 1,700 m away.
Sheets and towels can be hired (to be requested upon booking)
Sheet kit 160 price: 13 euros (2 flat sheets, 2 pillowcases)
Tariff Kit 140 sheets: 12 euros (2 flat sheets, 2 pillowcases)
Towel kit: 5 euros (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel)
Bath kit: 2.5 (1 mat)
Tea towel kit: 2.5 euros
A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested upon delivery of the keys (payment by check).
The deposit can be paid on the Abritel site. To be specified before booking. After that it is no longer possible.
