About this house rental

Our house can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday. The surface area is 160m² and offers all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay.
Relax in a serene atmosphere, only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 14 minutes walk from the large beach of La Baule. You will find all the necessary amenities nearby: shops, restaurants and leisure activities.
House features:
• Spacious and friendly: Perfectly suited to accommodate your family or friends.
• Entertainment: Enjoy a table football, a ping-pong table, a large screen Smart TV connected to the internet, a radio speaker (Bluetooth), high-speed Wi-Fi internet (fiber).
• Welcoming exterior: A large terrace equipped with garden furniture, an awning ideal for outdoor meals and a barbecue for barbecue evenings.
• Heated pool: Relax in our private heated pool, accessible throughout the season.
• Comfort: The house is equipped with 4 double bedrooms (king size beds 160x200, new top-of-the-range bedding), a dormitory with 3 single beds + 1 baby bed, and 3 bathrooms, one of which is dedicated to children (2 showers and a bathtub). The house is equipped with new furniture. 2 toilets. Sheets and towels are provided. An indoor parking lot that can accommodate 2 cars.
• Equipment: Equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, changing mat.
Direct access to the pool from the terrace. For your safety, the pool has a safety cover that complies with the NF P90-308 standard. The cover must be systematically installed after each use, especially for the safety of children. You have an explanatory video for the installation and removal of the tarpaulin.

The house has an electric gate with code opening. The code will be communicated to you by the concierge before your arrival. The indoor parking lot allows you to park up to 2 cars.

For the rental of our house, a deposit of 1000€ will be requested via credit card before your arrival. This is not a direct debit, but a payment authorization blocked on your card. At the end of your stay, after checking the condition of fixtures, the deposit will be fully released if no damage is found.
Electric vehicle charging is not permitted. Abnormal electricity consumption may result in a retention of part of the deposit.
