Bauloise house located near the market (1 min), avenue Charles de Gaulle (1 min) and the beach (5 min). Ground floor: living room, large fitted kitchen open to the dining room, 1 bedroom, bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, toilet. On the first 3 bedrooms (including a dormitory with 5 beds), a bathroom. TV, vintage game consoles and SONOS sound system throughout the house. small garden with BBQ, deckchair and hammock.

This is a house of two parts. The downstairs is excellent in the most part. The bedroom and the shower room downstairs were very good Unfortunately the barbecue was so dirty when we arrived we weren't able to clean it and use it and there were ants in the kitchen.The windows and cushions on the sofa were also not clean. Overall the upstairs was very hot with little storage space and the skirting boards and carpets were in need of a good clean.We really loved the position of the house. It was well situated,making the market, railway station,beach shops and restaurants all very easy to reach. There was parking for one of our cars and we had to park the other one elsewhere. This could be a very good house with a bit more tlc

Maison en plein coeur de la baule idéalement placé a 50 metre de la grande rue et à 150 metre de la plage ! La maison est décorée avec goût , les les chambre sont grandes est parfaite pour un groupe de 11 adultes ! Le proprio est arrangeant sur les horaires si les dates de location le permettent!
