Come and discover this house ideally located 250 metres from Benoit beach, and close to Pouliguen. You will appreciate its shaded garden and arranged for you to relax and enjoy the barbecue.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this Baule house can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge with its sofa, armchairs, decorative fireplace and television, perfect for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living area is well equipped (4-ring gas cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle and a **filter coffee maker** are also at your disposal. You can share your meals indoors or you can also enjoy the table set up in the garden.
On the night side, the house has 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 4: equipped with two single beds
A bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as another bathroom with a hairdryer located in the basement complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal.
