Lovely house, well situated and quiet location

Five bedrooms meant 4 children each got their own room on holiday for the first time!! Well equipped property with kids pool toys also and a ping pong table. Owner met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. Communication was great and we arranged a time for him to come back prior to leaving so he could check over everything. House well located 5 mins from local village which has bakers, restaurants, bars and a small grocery shop. It's a 15 min drive into La Baule. Would recommend and looking to go back!

This lovely, well presented house in Saint Andre Des Eaux is perfect for a relaxing family holiday - big enough to accommodate an extended family without feeling on top of each other. Monsieur and Madame De Lacour were very welcoming and kindly led us on a mad dash on our arrival to find a supermarket that hadn't closed. The area is quiet with good walks - the village being close enough to build up an appetite during the walk to collect the croissants! Beaches are only a few kilometres away and the one at Pornichet is very safe for little children. Maybe our grandchildren were a bit too young for the property at 3 and 18 months but if yours can swim and their heads aren't at the same height as the lovely glass tables, then the house will be a perfect base! We wouldn't hesitate to go back when the girls are a little older.

This house is fantastic, there is so much space in both the house and the garden. The house was lovely and clean and the owner was very helpful when we had a problem with one of the windows blinds. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. We have stayed in quite a few houses across France and this is one of the best ones. It is in a quiet location backing onto a golf course. A car is needed but there are many good places to visit within 20 mins drive. It is a 1 mile walk along off road cycle paths to small village with a couple of nice restaurants, a bar, bakeries and small supermarket. Note that there was only one working bike when we stayed. I would highly recommend this house.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en Mai 2021 dans cette maison et nous la recommandons les yeux fermés! La propriété est impeccable, fonctionnelle, les chambres et salles d eaux spacieuses, le jardin et la piscine dans un état irréprochable. La maison est située dans une impasse au calme face au golf et proche de toutes les commodités et sites touristiques de la région (plages, Grande Briere, marais salants, Guérande...). Grand jardin arboré. Piscine privative chauffée sans vis à vis. Beaucoup d’espace dans la maison. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je recommande cette location !

La maison est très grande et très bien agencée , toutes les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Des rangements partout. La maison est équipée de tout le confort possible. Transats, hamac, vélos, tennis de table, jeu de pétanque étaient disponibles. L’environnement est calme avec la proximité du golf, le jardin est grand avec de jolies plantations. La piscine est parfaite. Le propriétaire fait tout pour qu’on passe de bonnes vacances. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances passées à 10 avec nos enfants et petits-enfants.

Week-end entre amis et demeure idéale pour vaquer à nos occupations. Les photos sont bien en dessous de la réalité. Les espaces de vies sont idéals ; les extérieurs soignés. Rien à redire. La température extérieure ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la piscine, mais très bon séjour quand même. En souhaitant que vous ayez été satisfait de l'état de restitution. Das Haus ist unbedingt empfehlenswert und sein Geld wert. Es ist äußerst geräumig, ruhig, sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Technik ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Der große, schön angelegte Garten grenzt nach Süden an einen Golfplatz, rückwärtig an Bauernland. Der auf 26° C beheizte große offene Pool erlaubt Schwimmen auch für Erwachsene und ist sehr sauber. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Hilfsbereitschaft der stets erreichbaren sympathischen Eigentümer, die sich im Bedarfsfall um alles sofort gekümmert haben. Die Umgebung ist vielfältig und erlaubt, verschiedensten Interessen nachzugehen: Gut einkaufen (z.B. in den Markthallen von Pornichet, im Leclerc von Saint-Nazaire), kochen (besonders frische Fische und Krustentiere) und essen, im Meer baden (besonders schön: der Weststrand von La Turballe), historische Städte und Dörfer ansehen, Natur genießen (Naturpark La Briere) und verschiedenen Sportarten nachgehen.

Excellent accueil du propriétaire. Maison parfaite pour une réunion familiale ou entre amis: 5 chambres agréablement décorées, une cuisine américaine fonctionnelle, une salle à manger lumineuse et un salon spacieux. Une grande piscine dont nous avons bien profité grâce à une météo favorable. De nombreuses visites possibles aux alentours, avec des villages pittoresques et animés. Une voiture est conseillée pour aller à la plage. En bordure du golf de La Baule. En résumé, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances! Un bon rapport qualité /prix de la location

Nous venons de passer 4 jours à 10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette superbe villa. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement sur le golf, la qualité de la literie, le confort de la maison et l'équipement. La piscine bien qu'encore froide due aux conditions climatiques des jours précédant notre arrivée a été appréciée par les plus jeunes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!
