Great place if you have a car. To get to central Milan, just drive to Famagosta station which is 15-20min away and leave your car at Parking ATM Famagosta (around 4 € per day). From there it’s just 10 mins to Duomo by train

The hotel is easy to reach by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room (two beds, standard) was well equipped: safe, work area, power sockets, light sources, bidet, minibar and more. Breakfast was in a large, attractive hall with a varied buffet and large windows on the terrace. We were very satisfied all round.

Not what we would expect from a IH Hotel. The hotel bedding situation was terrible with the bed about 8 inches off the floor with a mattress that gave you no support. The breakfast served was terrible. We arrived at midpoint in the breakfast hours and the food trays were empty.with the attendant talking with a guest but doing nothing to refill the trays. BIG disappointment.

Heat was turned off during the day and rooms were bitterly cold. As we are elderly, this made us sick. The door to the balcony in our room was not properly sealed and the cold air cane in. The clothes dryer did not work. Menu was very limited in the restaurant. The only good thing about oyr stay was Hostess Jessica Beltran. She was very accommodating.

I can’t believe how great this hotel was for the price. What a bargain! We have been traveling in Europe for 2 weeks now and at most places we pay $30 a night for parking and they want $20 a person for breakfast. So that is $70 extra. But at this hotel all of that was free and I paid less than $70 for my night. The breakfast was the best I have seen yet. They had thick towels, unlike most hotels in switzerland. It was clean and the day staff were very friendly! The A/C worked and the only thing that could have been better would be a better mattress. But for the price we paid I couldn’t believe how great of a deal it was! And they give you free drinks and then also have a minibar available. Plus lots of free thi bc s in the bathroom. Yes, some say it isn’t in a great part of town. But we didn’t care because we parked our car for free in the parking garage and we just needed a place to stay the night. They also let us use their laundry room to do a load of laundry for $10 euros, including laundry detergent. I was just really impressed how nice this place was and couldn’t believe how little we paid for what we got!

We arrived and was shocked that the area and hotel looked much older and worn than in the photos. As we were riding the elevator from the parking garage to reception, we noticed a sign saying there was no working hot water. I asked at check-in and he said it was working but you had to let it run for a long time first. As he was checking us in, I noticed he had a fan on him so I asked to verfiy that the room had AC. Not until then did he tell me that the AC was also broken. One of my requirements was AC so we were forced to book elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was a convention going on so we had alot of trouble finding a hotel and finally had to rent an apartment for a night and pay much more than what we were expecting to pay at your hotel. It is very sad that there were issues with both hot water and AC, it does not seem that this hotel is kept up very well and someone should have let us know that there were issues.

This is a wonderful hotel: free parking, rich and varied breakfast, excellent mattress. Very clean rooms. It's easily accessible from the highway. Its disadvantage seems to be its distance from Milano, but in fact (as I have found out not listening to the receptionist whose advice was to use the parking in the city itself) that the P+R Famagosta is just a 10-min. drive away and from there the M2 line (2,20 euros for a single journey) takes you directly to the city center, train stations, etc. This covered parking costs 1,50 euro for up to 5 hours and 2 euros for up to 10 hours.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful lake view! The breakfast was lovely and the minibar (a couple of sodas, water bottles, and juice) was included in the stay! The hotel does not offer room service nor do they have a restaurant on site. There aren't many dining options around either so plan for that. We ended up ordering Uber Eats both nights and it was delivered pretty quickly.
