A Very Good Choice

Staff very helpful and kind. Welcoming and ready to assist . Parking was excellent - covered garage and easy access. Breakfast was also very good with wide selection and temperature of room was perfect. Assisted in our special request for rooms close to eachother.

Restaurant or Caffè , snacks , quick bites in hotel would be a plus.

When we checked in, the receptionist Zain was very friendly and welcoming — a really nice person who made us feel comfortable right away. Unfortunately, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is quite far from public transport, which made travelling a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was very basic, with very limited options. Also, only one lift was working, so there were long waits. When checking out, the receptionist on duty (name unknown) was not friendly at all, which left a bitter final impression. Overall, Zain’s kindness stood out, but the hotel’s service and facilities need improvement.

It was well organized and comfortable. The location was perfect for escaping the noisy city of Milan.

Nice hotel in a location that was ideal for my business trip. Everything about the hotel was as described. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed for a couple of things. Good airport transfer, easy to arrange and punctual.

Breakfast was good. Location very isolated at end of industrial estate not area to walk at night. Car is essential. Access to city involves walk in isolated street for 15mins bus and train.

Superb

The room was really nice - big,clean and with a comfortable bed. Also bathroom was amazing with a shower we really like. Breakfast really good with a lot of choices. Great location - close to the Milan (10 mins by car to Famagosta with a big garage and then about 15 mins by metro to the city center). Also we really appreciate parking in hotel garage for free.

Hotel is old and in a very run down industrial place. The surroundings close to the lake were infested with mosquitos'
