The premises has their own unique character, distinct from any ordinary hotel building.
Very spacious and very clean room.
Heating is perfect, despite the room being very large with an unusually high ceiling.
Very clean and spacious bathroom, with good airing.
Mosquito nets attached to the windows.
Plenty of parking space in the “corte”; you can park your car right in front of your room.
Comfortable beds and peacefully silent mood helps get a perfect night’s sleep.
The minibar (i.e., the mini fridge) is quite helpful.
Location is great for us, as the authentic osterias and pizzerias of Trezzano S/L are just a few steps away, one even right around the corner.
There are some interesting points:
The hanging rail in the wardrobe is closer to the high ceiling than to us :) Yes there’s a tool to help with hanging clothes, but chose not to use the hangers anyway. Also just 1 wardrobe in a room for 4 people looks inadequate; there is more than enough space in the room for an additional one, which would facilitate access for the two beds closer to the bathroom.
A kettle would be nice, perhaps together with a larger minibar, as the room accommodates 4 people (Even a kitchenette would really add value, given the space).
Desks to put our luggage on could be helpful, along with bedside tables with drawers for the two single beds.

The room is very spacious, there are many bars and restaurants around.
Is easy to walking along the promenade.
The heating system ia easy to regulate. The staff super friendly and kind.
In the room there's no water kettle and cups to make tea. And the mini fridge is fridge didn't work.

We really enjoyed our room—it was clean, spacious, and well organised. The hosts were responsive and very kind, and the private parking was a wonderful bonus. We stayed in a large family room spread over two levels, which was very convenient and gave both us and our children a nice sense of privacy. Most importantly, this was one of the few places in Milan that did not increase their prices during the Olympic Games period, which deserves special appreciation. There is a sweet and friendly cat living at the property, absolute cutie!

There's no reception; you'll receive directions to your apartment. I was given the wrong room number, and it turned out the apartment was already occupied. Fortunately, the owner was reachable by phone. But if that hadn't been the case, there would have been a major problem.
The room had been sprayed with scent. This was apparently necessary to eliminate the smoke smell.
