They were very accommodating by storing our luggage upon our early arrival, and getting into the room early. It was a great place, clean, safe, secure, and a very convenient location. With modern updated bathroom.
HOWEVER, the room was in the basement and you will hear the low rumble of the Picadilly tube line- Which was something we never expected!

I am not big on apartment hotels, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The space in the room was great; the cleanliness of the room and the entire property was excellent. It was conveniently located near the Russel Square station that allowed us to get all our sighting seeing spots very easily. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. I had to make additional arrangements, and the customer service and response was above and beyond. We are very happy with our stay.

Very clean and modern apartment. Could hear some train noise at night. Staff was great, easy check in and out. Bed was a tad hard but overall a good stay and value for money.

Apart from the self check-in and checkout process being unclear, everything else was great. I would stay here again if I was just looking for a bed for the night.
