    Our initial first experience when checking in was unpleasant as an Indian female front desk officer was rude and aggressive and lack any understanding when I had highlighted that I had requested for twin beds when I booked the room previously as and room which I booked had showed twin beds since my dad and I were planning to stay there for 8 nights. The hotel front desk manager Maria stepped in and helped solve my problem and found me a twin room which I was very happy. The F&B staff Alan and his F&B manager were helpful , super nice and very friendly. Although the facilities are newly refurbished, there are still some teething issues which we highlighted like the toilet door was very difficult to close, the floor metal strip between the toilet and bedroom kept falling out from the joint and the toilet flush pressure was very low resulting in having to flush many times. After highlighting these defects, the maintenance team was able to make good and helped our stay be more pleasant. Location wise is great as it is Central London with good restaurants nearby.

    - Very centrally located, close to British library and only a few mins away from King's Cross. - Staffs are lovely and helpful - Room is very small, definitely not fit for couple. I bring cabin luggage and can only find one corner to completely open up my luggage. - Having said that, it's more than enough for 1 person, bed is super comfortable, room is clean and looks like newly renovated. - No fridge in the room though

    Great hotel location staff were amazing just found the rooms a little small the double was cramped the twin room was a good size but to be fair we won’t there long as we were attending wedding. It overall great
