shared areas , especially bathrooms were well cleaned and in a good status, very satisfied of that! good job to the kind cleaning ladies
you can always report to the reception staff uncovenient situations you may encounter during your staying.
breakfast is good but a bit expensive for the variety of choice. it's still a business anyway. you're always free to purchase your own stuff at tesco or sainsbury and eat there.
prepare yourself with extra bedsheets, you might be in a shared room with a fan on or windows open (yeah during winter)
check your bed if deeply cleaned.
het yourself a lock for the locker cabinet if you don't want to purchase one on site .
basement floor is very humid
report everything at the reception, in my case the met my needs.
