Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi access. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with central AC and heating, along with a fan and a heater. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, sink, skillet, pot, electric stove, kettle, coffee maker with coffee, and all necessary serve ware, providing everything you need for a convenient stay.



Parking is available in a large parking lot behind the building, accessible via an alleyway, as well as free street parking. This apartment is minutes away from shops, bars, groceries, and restaurants.



Please note: This is a studio apartment with one queen bed and is best suited for solo travelers, couples, or two guests sharing one bed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the studio apartment area located on the third floor. Please note that one interior storage/owner’s closet will remain locked and is not available for guest use.



The shared laundry room is located in the basement and offers a washer and dryer, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Free parking is available in the private parking lot behind the building, with one parking space reserved for this apartment.

Getting around is a breeze from our centrally located studio! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby, including bus stops within walking distance, providing easy access to various parts of Richmond. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Parking is hassle-free with free parking available in the private parking lot behind the building, accessible via an alleyway, and also free street parking. Please note street cleaning restrictions apply on Tuesdays from 11 AM to 1 PM. Major transit hubs and attractions are easily accessible, making your exploration of Richmond simple and enjoyable.



Other Things to Note:

Please note this apartment is located on the 3rd floor and guests will need to use the stairs. There is no elevator in the building.



The thermostat is located in another unit, so please message the host to adjust the temperature remotely.



Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts.



Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.



Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
