Super cute, comfortable bed and great location.
Crumbs in the futon/couch, dirty fridge and there was quite a bit of animal hair in the corners, all over the blanket on the bed and a bunch gathered on the air vent on the floor. We had animal hair all over our clothes. The cooking utensils on the counter also had hair all over them.

Great location and easy parking. We were able to make our toasted bagels and French press coffee with the kitchen amenities. Easy access to the Virginia Fine Arts Museum (we drove, not walked) which was superb despite galleries closed for the expansion. The main room had been painted so not the white walls of the photos. Comfy bed. Very clean.
The Nest system didn’t allow us to control temperature that was set at 72. Fine for the day but too warm for sleeping. The system also cycled on (a bit noisy!) frequently that took some getting used to.

I liked the way the room is set up with the small kitchen and a seperate room for watching TV
The people upstairs were noisy which isn't your problem but it was a little annoying,
$$$$
