The house is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. It is few minutes away from the airport and also from downtown Richmond. You can walk outside to many places. Carytown is very close also to have fun and enjoy good food. This is a duplex with one unit in the front and one unit in the backyard. We have two parking spots available on the premises for each unit.

We booked this home for a girls weekend for the Monument 10k. It was just a block away from the start area. The communication from the host was outstanding. Check-in was easy as was checking out. This is located at the corner of a busy street and can be a little loud from cars driving by. However, there are sound machines in each of the bedrooms and living room. This was perfect for a nice weekend. Easy to walk to restaurants, VCU, etc. Definitely recommend.

We loved our visit to Richmond. Proximity to convention center was ideal for us - 6 block walk. Broad Street is a quick walk away. We highly recommend Tarrant’s restaurant. This home worked wonderfully for us. We did turn the heat way down to keep the bedrooms cooler so the supplied space heaters were much appreciated. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest that you bring a box fan to drown out city noise. Host is very attentive. We will stay here again if we return!
