Beautiful, light-filled and historic apartment in the heart of downtown Richmond! This upstairs unit of the duplex has 2 queen bedrooms with hotel-grade linens and luxurious bath towels. It also has a large living room, dining table and full kitchen with all the essentials. We are also pet friendly! This apartment is great for small groups, business travelers and couples looking to explore Richmond and be close to everything.

The entire upstairs apartment will be private to you. This building is a duplex so we ask for you to be respectful of the people staying in other unit downstairs.
Other things to note
- Please note that this is the upstairs unit, and there are about 15-20 stairs to climb. If anyone in your group has mobility issues, this may not be the best fit for your group.
- This is a pet-friendly unit. While we thoroughly clean between guests, if you have a severe pet allergy, this may not be the best place for your stay.
For anyone coming in town for the Richmond marathon or other races, this apartment is within walking distance of the starting lines.
- Richmond Marathon Start Line - 1 block away
- Monument 10k - 0.7 miles to start line
- Dominion Riverrock (on Brown’s Island) - 1.3 miles (22 min walk or 6 min drive)
- Monroe Park (end of many races) - 0.7 miles
- VCU Graduation takes place at the Siegel Center. (1 mile away - 5 min drive or 17 min walk)
- Convention Center is a 5 min walk.
- Richmond Raceway - 4 miles - ~13 min drive
We use a professional cleaning company for every turnover to provide our guests with the best possible stay and to ensure every sheet, duvet, towel and blanket is washed between guests.

The apartment was a great base for a week of work at Medical College of Virgina. I had a typo in my email when I made my reservation which created problems in communication with VRBO. The host, Alex, was very understanding and worked with me to get it straightened out. I highly recommend this apartment.
