The property is pretty close to the online listing. The pictures make the rooms and yard seem bigger than they are, but we had plenty of space to spread out. When we arrived at 11pm on the day of our check-in, the house had not been cleaned yet. However, it was Christmas Day and the property manager was very quick to respond. They reimbursed us for a night since we had to stay elsewhere until they could get the cleaning crew there. We had a few other issues that they also responded to quickly. One was resolved. One was not. There were a couple other small things we didn’t bother mentioning, but the house needs some attention, mainly in the bathroom. But overall, this was a nice house in a great neighborhood with a fun outdoor area. We swam, kayaked, and even had a visit from a manatee and her baby!! We were close to all of our favorite restaurants in Marathon but the house was very private. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick response of the staff.

We absolutely loved this house!!! Layout was awesome- loved having green space In The back yard. Pool was perfect temp, plenary of outside seating. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the backyard barbecues!
