The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place but typically when we stay in Key Colony places there are left over supplies such as garbage bags, dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, etc. This place was cleaned out. I can only assume the maids take it or have been told not to leave it. We always do the same with leaving behind what someone else might be able to use but not this time. I know times are tight but we stayed here once before and our experience was definitely different.

This was our second time staying at this property, and my family enjoyed the experience. It's spacious, well located, well appointed, clean. We will come back.
