** CONSTRUCTION UPDATE** The Marina is currently repairing all of the canal boat slips with a completion date looking like it will be sometime in March 2026. During this construction, the canal behind the town homes is fenced off, with the fencing being located just off the back porch. If you still want to book and are needing a Boat Slip, you can reserve a slip at the marina right there for an additional cost- The Boat House Marina! Thank you for your interest in our gorgeous town home in Coral Lagoon, #1 Rated Resort in beautiful Marathon, FL. This two story 3 BR /2.5 BA villa is the perfect residence for your next vacation, with 1,360 sq ft of living space and multiple decks.

For the Boating and Fishing Enthusiasts, there are slips available for lease at the marina right there at Coral Lagoon called The Boat House Marina, which includes water and electric. There is also the Boat House Marina onsite with full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and fish cleaning facilities. There is also trailer parking available. If you are bringing a boat, you will be required to provide insurance info and pay a $50 registration fee with The Boat House Marina. If you don't have a boat but wish to rent one we recommend Island Time Boat Rentals. Ask for Mike Show and tell them you are staying in our Coral Lagoon town home and you will get a 10% discount. Also, Captain Hooks, is just a short walking distance away and has bait, tackle and snorkeling gear.

Also included with our town home is secure, high speed WiFi Internet, Cable TV, and Televisions and DVD players in all rooms.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, dvd players in all rooms, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.

Coral Lagoon also has a private heated pool which is great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as...... local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center is walking distance from Coral Lagoon and offers boat rentals, snorkeling trips, bait, tackle, etc.

Looking to rent a boat??? We know the owners of Island Time Boat Rentals in Marathon and they will deliver a boat to the slip upon your arrival and will pick it up on your departure. They have boats from 21ft to 28ft. You will also get a 10% discount if you tell them that you are staying on our Coral Lagoon town home.
