The space
Welcome to this stunning villa located in Coral Lagoon, offering the perfect mix of comfort, location, and amenities for an unforgettable stay in the Florida Keys
This property is one of the only standalone units in the community, offering added privacy compared to most villas on the property which are connected. It is also one of the few homes that allows a 3-night minimum stay, giving you more flexibility when planning your trip.
This beautifully designed unit features access to a heated community pool, close proximity to shopping, charter boats, and local attractions, making it ideal for both relaxation and adventure.
The first level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and a half bath. Step outside onto the large covered porch and enjoy peaceful canal views, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening
Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and its own balcony. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for guests, offering a queen bed and twin beds along with a shared hall bathroom
This home truly stands out with the amount of extras provided for your stay. Enjoy tons of entertainment options including karaoke microphone fun and a wide variety of games such as Twister, Sorry, Taboo, Clue, Monopoly, and many more. There are also over 20 puzzles, a large movie collection with over 50 DVDs including favorites like Gremlins, Bolt, Mary Poppins, Indiana Jones, The Avengers, The Incredibles, Alice in Wonderland, and more The home also includes a great selection of books for relaxing downtime.
For your convenience, the property provides pool towels, a starter set of Keurig pods, one roll of paper towels, and an initial supply of toilet paper in each bathroom.
Boating Information
Boat ramp fees are $25 in and $25 out.
Boat trailer storage is available on site for $66 per day.
Required forms must be completed and submitted to Boathouse Marina prior to use.
Important Details About Parking & Fish Cleaning
Parking: There is one designated parking spot directly in front of the unit. Additional vehicles can park in the extra parking area nearby.
Fish Cleaning Tables: Cleaning tables are not located at the docks. Please head over to the marina to use the fish cleaning table there. Instructions are posted on the inside of the tiki at the top.
Fishing: Please note there is no fishing allowed in the canals or the "lagoon" area.

Pets are not normally allowed but may be approved prior to booking
Pet fee will be required upon booking
No cats allowed
No pets over 40 lbs.

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property. *** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. ***

This property was perfect for our family of 6! The kayaks being delivered locally to the house was very convenient and a big hit, saw many large Iguanas in the mangroves along the shores! Too many positives to list as this neighborhood is a hidden Marathon gem with a small resort feel while having the luxury and privacy of your own home Thank you and we will be back!The Browns

Perfect house for our group of seven. Location was great. House was lovely, very well appointed, nicely decorated and furnished. House was supplied with everything you’d need (except extra to )The pool was very nice. Always clean and perfect temperature. Even though there was still construction around the channel/dock area and we had to park out front, it did not affect our stay. Really a nice place! Highly recommend!

This home checked all our boxes and more. All the rooms were spacious; the outdoor covered patio was the perfect hangout spot; and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The living room and dining area are very large with lots of seating. This home is also conveniently located close to tons of restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it!
