This property is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and complete with tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the exceptional views from the open concept living, kitchen and dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom's patio doors.There are TV's in every room.

The Management company was super responsive. Thoughtful touches, welcome gift basket with wine & snacks, things around the house for you to use before you get to the store….dishwasher liquid, hand soap, paper towels, detergent. Nice outside setup- table/chairs, pool, mini beach, grill & nice dock. We rented a boat for a couple days & had it at the dock. Inside was comfortable, and worked out nice for us, but kitchen especially could use some updating.Bedroom #1- one King bed w/ attached bathroom. Only bathroom that had a bathtub. Very small closet with room to hang a few items. Doors that opened to patio.Bedroom #2- Small room with one queen bed, Dresser & closet. Share hall bathroom.Bedroom #3- 1 King bed & one twin trundle bed ( twin on top, pull out twin underneath). Attached private bathroom. no closet space. There is a closet, but it is filled with extra items for the house (table leaves, booster seat, towels- no rod to hang and clothes).Bedroom #4- this room is only accessible by going outside. 2 double beds & private bath. No closet.Someone in a previous review stated that it was in the airport flight path, that’s true, but it’s the small local Marathon airport, we barely noticed. Laundry area is located in a closet/room outside of the house next to Room #4 - it is a tight fit, but do-able. I would definitely rather it be tight, than not have access to laundry facility. Management gets 5 stars for responsiveness before & during stay

We just had a great vacation here! 2 families, 4 kids ages 3-9. We rented a boat for 3 days and were able to keep it at the house. Loved the view! The beach area and pool was perfect for the little ones. The rock wall separating the ocean and the beach area turned out to be so much fun for the kids, who were finding tons of hermit crabs. Grocery options near by, short drive to restaurants and there will be beach chairs and pool/beach toys in the closet. Overall, the place was great, but definitely note that the bedroom with 2 queens does not have an interior connection to the main house. We had planned to put all kids together in that room, but had to readjust. Laundry is also detached from main home, was a little tricky, but worked :) We would definitely come back!

House overall is nice, view & dock are great. Be aware, house is directly under the flight path to the airport. If you want quiet, this isn’t the place for you
