About this house rental
This is one of the best vacation spots in the area. It's lovely 4 bedroom/3 bath Duplex on 3rd St. The sleeping arrangement include 3 King,, , 2 twins plus sleeper sofa. The living room is spacious.
There is a private pool on both sides of the duplex. Enjoying fishing on the large 50 foot dock. The ocean is just seconds away by boat There is a private pool,central air,dishwasher, WiFi. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs. With the property comes 4 bicycles for each side and a Intra-connecting doors combines both sides of the duplex. This was one of the best homes we have ever stayed in on Key Colony. It was the perfect location for fishing and was well stocked with everything we needed! We will defiantly be back, Thank you!

Nice spacious kitchen and lots of storage. It lacked on being clean though. The outside area was amazing and that's where we spent most of our time. At least a couple of bedrooms had burnt out lightbulbs. Would we stay there again? Definitely!!!

This was advertised as a 5 bedroom/3 bath. There were only 4 bedrooms which we were able to share a room, but it was inconvenient as we were a group of 5 women. The kitchen was very dirty, sticky cabinets, crumbs and hair in drawers, broken potato chips, etc. The house had been closed up with the heat on for a few days before we arrived and the smell inside was horrible, had to open all windows to try to air out. The outside was great but again needs some replacements and updates. One bedroom has a broken light that has been commented on in several reviews, and when I asked about it, maintenance said it is broken, but the fan works. The table lamp is not enough light for this dark bedroom without any outside windows (window into living area), and the shade is broken so you cannot open up the shade anyway (also commented on before). If the light is broken it should be replaced. George, the maintenance person was always friendly, but the maintenance or actual repairs and replacements are lacking. Furniture in living room dirty, etc. Not the furniture in the pictures. Could really be a great place but is showing its age.
