With 60 feet of concrete dockage, room for two boats*, shore power, and a fish-cleaning station, Vitamin Sea is the ideal spot for boaters and anglers alike. Quick access to both the Gulf and Atlantic means your on-the-water adventures begin right at your doorstep.
Unwind in the partially shaded backyard, take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, or walk to the exclusive Cabana Club—passes are included! There, you’ll enjoy a private sandy beach, ocean views, poolside dining, and tropical drinks.
Inside, the main level boasts two king bedrooms (including a master suite with private bath), a full guest bath, and spacious living and dining areas. The modern kitchen with updated appliances flows into full-wall sliding doors that open to a screened, wraparound porch—perfect for sunsets over the canal. For additional sleeping flexibility, two twin memory foam rollaway beds are stored in the closet of the upstairs bedrooms.
The lower level offers two more bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), an additional bathroom with shower, laundry room, and direct access to the backyard and pool.
Amenities include: high-speed 200 Mbps WiFi, Roku, Netflix & Xfinity on four TVs, upgraded Hvac with UV-C air filtration, two kayaks, covered parking, washer/dryer, beach towels, outdoor refrigerator, bait freezer, grill, Keurig, and fully stocked kitchen essentials.

The property can hold up to 4 vehicles & one trailer parking - only one trailer allowed on property. No rvs or motorhomes. Trailer storage through Key Colony Beach is located on 8th street and is $100 per week.

This property has all the amenities!!! We were 2 families and rented 3 boats for the week and both fit at the dock! Bait freezer and refrigerator downstairs was super helpful! The pool was so refreshing after a day of fishing! Everything in the house was spectacular! All kitchen utensils and dishes you need! So much space to accommodate large groups! We had an amazing time staying here and we will come back again next year!

We were visiting the keys and wanted a house for the six of us to stay that was centrally located. This place was in a great location and the neighborhood was very nice. We especially enjoyed the Cabana Club that was included. The upstairs bedrooms were large and all beds were very comfy. However, the two bedrooms downstairs were quite small. We enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony upstairs but the screen needs to be repaired or replaced. Several holes and in some of the sections on the side the screen was totally peeled back. I imagine in the summer you might have mosquito issues but no problems during our stay. The flat top grill on the patio out back was a pleasant surprise. I love cooking on those! The home was adequately supplied with linens and even lots of beach towels. We did use the heated pool/spa one afternoon and enjoyed just hanging out but it is not a hot tub. Would not get any hotter than 91 and the jets had little to no pressure. There were two kayaks but we didn’t have time to use them. We rented a pontoon bot right in the neighborhood and were able to pull right up to load and unload which is a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked with all you will need to cook. Lots of spices. Both a drip and pod coffee maker. Comfy furniture in living room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall the house was good, the rooms downstairs were smaller than we thought. We saved for a year for this vacation and we received the check out instruction 3 days before leaving and that put us in check out mood and that was a bit disappointing. The downstairs shower could not get warm water. The upstairs was great.
