There is a boat ramp less than a mile away. There is a fee at this one. I am not sure how much. Google will help find out this information if needed.
There is enough parking for your vehicle and trailer.
VERY IMPORTANT--- All Parking is under the house only!
Ice maker is included. You will need to turn it on when you arrive.
Deep Freeze for bait is included also.
Our home is 3rd closest to the pool.
View is of the canal.
Pool FAQ:
The pool is shared with the other 6 houses in the community.
The hot tub is private.
Beds-
Master- King bed
Bedroom 2- king bed
Bedroom 3- queen bed
Bedroom 4- 2 twins, room does have a connecter to make twins into a king bed.
Max quests is 10 but sleeps 8. You are welcome to bring an air mattress for other 2 guests or there is a couch but no couch bed. It does have recliners. Fine for children not adults.

The unit was clean and comfortable! We had everything we needed. Lots of towels, extra bedding, ample seating. Other units had friendly guests but plenty of privacy. Great stay!
