No one spoke English and very very rude when I suggested using translate app. They charged 7 euros for breakfast that did not look very good. I had 2 cups of coffee and a glass of oj for 7 euros. Location was good for us but nothing else was. Would not stay here again.

The area around the hotel was not the best in terms of feelings and looks. It looked real shady and we did not feel safe walking around. The hotel itself wasn't that great either. We had someone randomly knock on or door around 11;30pm and did not answer back when I asked, "who is it?" The room was musty and moldy in smell. I would not recommend staying here. The breakfast provided in the morning was the highlight of the stay here.

Arrived to the location from train station. Needed to visit the cruise terminal and the hotel was a perfect distance from train station and cruise terminal to be able to walk to either. The location seemed alot nicer in the pictures.

The early morning staff (gentleman) was a bit short and not nice. I am guessing because we arrived at 4:30 am due to flight delays. After standing outside ringing a door bell for maybe 20 minutes. He asked "why didn't you use the bell" I guess that question was because I knocked on a back door or window and it woke him up. The elevator can only hold two people and two small suitcase. I could image during the day, it won't be available. Luckly it is only 6 floors. This place will not work for disabled or handicap people at all. The room was clean but both beds had stained on dust cover or comforter. The window was left open (without a screen) and there were a collection of flying bugs (moths and mosquitoes) The shower was a closet 38 inch (96cm) cube. I am 6'2 (187cm) and 260 (118km). So I could not bent over or raise my arms in the shower closet. The water came out of the shower head has a very light mist. The best part was it is a short walk to the cruise ship docks and the normal front desk receptionist (women) was lovely and nice.

An overpriced hotel near the bus station, train station, and a cruise terminal. Dodgy area around with homeless/strange individuals loitering around the hotel entrance. The elevator won't fit one person. Front desk was helpful, cleaning personnel needs training and stricter supervision.

I found the staff were very helpful with communication through expedia.. wonderful!! Thank you.. very clean.. great.. the only problem was elevator does not match room.. so you have to walk one flight up or down. But everything else great! Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, it ticks all the right boxes for our needs in terms of public transport links, just walking distance to the main attractions, cafes and supermarket nearby. Plus the lovely receptionist, Julia has taken the trouble to do us a very great favour for our friend. We would definitely stay again in this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family

This hotel was an excellent choice for us as we ended our cruise at the port and walked a short way to the hotel. We were greeted warmly and our room was ready early so we could check in then do our sight seeing around Genoa. It was with easy walking to most everywhere with a small supermarket next door and the sight seeing buses etc.

Convenient for location only cross the road to get to the train station and close to the centre and marina area. Basic with old furniture if you are happy about it. The bed was horrible, kept waking up as the bed frame make loud noises as you turn while a sleep! I would rate it as low three star or 2 stars
